The fine arts dept. of Birla Balika Vidyapeeth follows this to the ultimate points. Every student is firstly trained at dance, music, painting and craft and later they are told of their excelling aptitudes and are given a choice of which subject they would want to choose to actually put in form their own creative aspect.
