- The students are not allowed to go home during the term.
- The students may be allowed three days leave for the wedding of real brother or sister. This leave will not be granted during examinations camps or festivals.
- Leave may be granted for special treatment on the advice of Chief Medical Officer.
- For all types of leave a written request should be made to the Principal by the parent or guardian in advance. No leave will be granted on student’s request or request made through telephone.
- The parents must note the date and time when a student is to return after leave. If a student does not return on due date her name will be struck off the rolls and she may not be allowed entry back to the hostel and the school.
- A student detained due to some disease has to produce medical certificate on return to the school.
- Attendance is compulsory on the first & last day of the session.
